These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our platform, located at www.netnav.io, including any associated services, features, and tools provided by NetNav (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the NetNav platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the platform. By using NetNav, you confirm that you meet this requirement and have the authority to accept these Terms.

Platform Overview

NetNav provides small businesses with tools to analyse, audit, and improve their websites across multiple digital marketing pillars. Features include website audits, actionable recommendations, analytics, a task management system, expert support, and ongoing performance tracking.

Accounts & Access

You must create an account to access most features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Free Plans & Trials

We may offer a free version of the platform or time-limited trials of premium features. Access to the free plan is subject to change and may have feature limitations. We reserve the right to modify, pause, or discontinue the free offering at any time without notice.

Subscriptions & Payments

NetNav offers paid subscription plans with monthly or annual billing. Plan details, pricing, and available features are outlined on our Pricing page and may change over time.

• Billing: Billing begins when you upgrade from a free plan or trial. All charges are billed in advance and are non-refundable except as outlined below.
• Taxes: You are responsible for any applicable taxes associated with your purchase.

Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings. Upon cancellation, your access will continue until the end of the current billing period. No further charges will be made.
• Refunds: We do not offer refunds for partial subscription periods or unused services. However, if you believe you were charged in error, please contact us at support@netnav.io within 7 days of the charge for review.

Expert Task Services

You may optionally request expert assistance for specific website tasks. These services are billed per task and quoted in advance. All expert task fees are non-refundable once work has begun. Turnaround times are typically 24–48 hours, depending on task complexity.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use NetNav for any illegal or unauthorised purpose
• Copy, distribute, or modify any part of the platform without permission
• Interfere with or disrupt the platform or servers
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise extract NetNav’s source code

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and platform technology remain the property of NetNav. You may not use our name, logo, or content without express written permission.

Data & Privacy

We respect your privacy. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and store your data. You retain ownership of your content and website data, but grant us a limited license to use it as necessary to provide services to you.

Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance or upgrades from time to time, which may temporarily limit availability.

Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

NetNav is provided “as is” and “as available.” While we make every effort to ensure the accuracy and relevance of our audits, insights, and recommendations, we cannot guarantee specific performance results (such as improved rankings, traffic, or conversions).

• You acknowledge that the effectiveness of website changes can be influenced by many factors outside of our control, including but not limited to hosting quality, competition, user behaviour, content updates, algorithm changes, or technical implementation.
• You are solely responsible for any changes you make to your website based on NetNav’s recommendations. We accept no liability for any negative impacts, errors, losses, or downtime that may occur as a result of actions taken by you or others using your account.
• To the fullest extent permitted by law, NetNav shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or reliance on the platform.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. If we make significant changes, we will notify you by email or via the platform. Continued use after such updates constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of England.
